(Disclaimer) Please note: production items may vary from prototypes / samples shown. Where possible we will always try and show actual production items, but in order to best serve you, it is sometimes necessary for us to use prototypes and samples for photographic purposes. We will do our best to ship orders immediately after purchasing.
Please be aware of the following: ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH RECORDED METHODS. ALL DAMAGES/BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Damages / Returns procedure: Email all reports to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to send the damaged item along with a print out of the order conformation to our business address. On receipt the damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible. If damages are reported after the 14 day post delivery period, we may not be able to guarantee that we can be of any assistance.
SECONDARY MARKET ITEMS HAVE NO WARANTY OR RECOURSE.
Heavier and fragile items will be shipped by courier. EMPERIS™ subsidizes the shipping costs for their own peace of mind. All other items are sent by parcel force worldwide and may take longer to arrive than other courier service.

Making a Purchase is very simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping Bag. After you have finished your selection, click on (Continue & Checkout) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Proceed in the usual manner if you select PayPal as your payment method. we accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling; We offer 1st Class shipping to customers in the United Kingdom. All European, Canadian & Asian orders are shipped via ‘signed for’ by Royal Mail and have tracking numbers. All US orders are shipped via ‘Air Sure’ by Royal Mail and have tracking numbers. All other areas are shipped by similar method depending on final destination. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms. If your country is not in our drop down menu, please email us as we will add you to our list of worldwide shoppers.
Delivery Schedule; we will deliver your order as soon as full payment has been received providing goods are in stock. We will normally process your orderwithin 3 business days. International orders are usually received in less than 14 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, it is possible it is sold out. Once an item is sold out there is no guarantee it will be available again. If in doubt, please just email and ask when it will be in stock or if at all. When an item is sold out, we will list is as sold out.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website is made secure by our merchant software. Guarantee; We guarantee your satisfaction. One of a kind (OOAK) and special editions do not carry any guarantee. All other items carry a 30 day ‘we’ll try our best to please you.
